Vanilla beans supplier for European importers
Grade A gourmet and Grade B extract-grade Indonesian Planifolia shipped direct to EU importers, with a laboratory COA for every lot and a complete EU-ready export document set — start with a low-risk trial order.

Why Europe buys Indonesian vanilla
After the United States, Europe is Indonesia’s most important premium vanilla region. In 2022 Germany already took 8.6% of Indonesia’s vanilla exports and the Netherlands 7.5%, making the Rotterdam–Hamburg corridor an established route.
French flavour houses, German extract manufacturers and Dutch ingredient traders need a credible alternative to depending on Madagascar alone.
- Comparable Planifolia species profile
- Distinct aroma shaped by volcanic-soil growing regions
- Sourced and cured through partner farms in Bali, Alor and Papua
What EU importers expect
Experienced European buyers check three things before price is discussed.
Indicative pricing for European buyers
Final pricing is quoted per lot against its COA, volume and shipping terms.
| Grade A Gourmet Planifolia | US$30–80/kg · patisserie, premium retail, flavour houses |
|---|---|
| Grade B Extract-Grade Planifolia | US$20–50/kg · extract and flavour manufacturing |
| Organic line (Grade A or B) | On request, quoted per lot with certificates |
| Trial and sample lots | Quoted per lot; air-freight terms on request |
For context: 2026 wholesale benchmarks sit around US$14.76–36.90/kg at commodity level; 2025 trade data imply an average export value of roughly US$46/kg.

A COA for every lot, before you commit
Instead of a generic vanillin claim across the catalogue, we lab-test each lot and report its measured range. For extract manufacturers, yield planning depends on the actual vanillin figure; for gourmet buyers, the COA doubles as a quality record for your own customers.
- Vanillin content and moisture level
- Bean length distribution and visual defect rate
- Lot photos on request; pre-shipment samples for larger programs

European import questions
Do you provide a COA for every lot shipped to Europe?
Yes. Each lot is lab-tested and ships with its own COA covering measured vanillin, moisture, length distribution and defect rate. The COA is shared at quoting so you can verify the numbers before committing.
Can you supply certified organic vanilla to the EU?
We offer an organic line through farm partners under organic certification schemes, subject to volume and seasonal availability. Certificates are shared during quoting. Flag organic in your first inquiry so we can confirm allocation early.
What is the minimum order for a first trial shipment?
Trial MOQs are kept deliberately low and confirmed per quote, as they depend on grade and destination. Most buyers start with a sample lot, then a small air or consolidated sea trial.
Which European ports do you ship to?
Rotterdam, Hamburg and Le Havre as standard, with other EU ports on request. Samples and urgent lots go by air to your nearest international airport.
How is your pricing set?
Per lot, against its COA. Indicative ranges are US$30–80/kg for Grade A and US$20–50/kg for Grade B; the final figure reflects measured vanillin, pod quality, volume and shipping terms.
