What is the minimum wholesale order?
The wholesale program starts at 50 kg for whole beans, 25 kg for powder and 20 litres for extract. Larger orders qualify for volume pricing, and annual contracts with 500 kg or more committed receive the most competitive rates and guaranteed supply allocation.
Can you supply vanilla year-round?
Yes. Indonesian harvests run May–September, but cured and conditioned beans ship throughout the year, and we hold inventory for wholesale orders in any month. Large-volume clients can take quarterly deliveries aligned with production planning.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes — custom packaging design, branded vacuum bags, printed cartons and custom weight units, for orders of 200 kg or more per product line. Custom packaging typically adds 2–3 weeks to standard processing.
What are the wholesale payment terms?
First orders: 50% deposit on confirmation, balance before shipment. Established clients qualify for net 30 or net 60 terms based on transaction history. We accept T/T bank transfer and Letter of Credit for wholesale transactions above USD 10,000.
