Sea for volume, air for speed
Sea freight suits trial orders and container programs, shipped to the port you nominate — West Coast gateways such as Los Angeles or Seattle, or East Coast and Gulf ports. Air freight suits samples, first trial cartons and smaller premium Grade A lots.
Transit time depends on routing and is confirmed per shipment at quotation.

MOQ is tiered: sample lot, trial order and container program. Exact quantities are confirmed at quotation because they depend on grade and harvest availability. Share your target volume and port and we send the current tiers.
Which documents come with a shipment from Bali to the US?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate through Indonesia’s official quarantine channel, and the lot COA stating measured moisture and vanillin. Organic lots include certification documents.
Do you support FDA prior notice and FSVP requirements?
The importer of record files FDA prior notice and owns FSVP compliance. We supply the origin-side records — facility documentation, lot traceability and per-lot COAs — and coordinate with your customs broker.
How long does shipping from Bali to the USA take?
Air freight is measured in days and suits samples and urgent premium lots; sea freight is measured in weeks and suits trial orders and containers. We confirm the schedule per shipment at quotation.
What vanillin content do Indonesian beans have?
Vanillin varies by lot, curing and grade, so we do not publish one generic number. Each lot ships with a lab COA stating its measured vanillin range.
Can I combine Grade A and Grade B in one shipment?
Yes. Grade A and Grade B cartons can travel in the same container, each with its own lot COA and traceability records.
