A written grade window before the first container

Bulk procurement means buying against a specification, a delivery calendar and a cost-per-kilogram model. Our manufacturer program starts with a written grade window, verified by a certificate of analysis on every lot.

Contract buyers can schedule quarterly, semi-annual or annual call-offs — the most effective way to smooth the price volatility spot buyers absorb.

  • Origin, curing method and moisture target
  • Pod length band and defect tolerance
  • Agreed vanillin range every lot must meet
  • Optional QR-linked traceability to farm and curing data

Packing & documents

Engineered for weeks at sea

Every bulk lot shipped by sea is packed in vacuum-sealed, food-grade packaging with oxygen absorbers, keeping fully cured beans stable through multi-week transits. Air freight remains available for urgent samples and smaller premium lots.

Vanilla trades under HS code 0905; we prepare a country-specific document set for each destination, agreed at quotation.

  • Phytosanitary documentation through official quarantine channels
  • Lot COA plus origin and traceability records
  • Your packaging-integrity requirements confirmed before the first trial
Order tiers

Sample, trial order, container

A published three-tier structure your procurement team can plan against.

Sample tier

Air-couriered evaluation lots for your lab and sensory panel, so QA can confirm the COA matches what lands on the bench.

Trial order tier

Air-carton quantities sized for a production trial — run your line, validate extraction yield or bake performance, and test our documentation flow.

Container tier

Contract volumes moved by sea, scheduled against your production calendar.

FAQ

Bulk supply questions

All export questions
What is the minimum order for bulk vanilla beans?

We operate three tiers: air-couriered samples, air-carton trial orders and sea-freight container volumes. Current kilogram thresholds and lead times are listed on our MOQ page, and the sample program lets you validate quality before committing.

Can you guarantee the same vanillin content on every lot?

We guarantee a measured, agreed range. There is no single official Indonesian export standard for vanillin, so each lot ships with a lab COA and your contract defines the window. Lots outside it do not ship against your contract.

How are bulk beans packed for sea shipment?

Fully cured, conditioned beans go into vacuum-sealed, food-grade packaging with oxygen absorbers to protect moisture and aroma through multi-week transits. Urgent samples and small premium lots can move by air.

Which documents accompany an export shipment?

Shipments are declared under HS code 0905 with phytosanitary documentation, the lot COA, and origin and traceability records, plus a country-specific set for your market — EU buyers, for example, typically need additional food import documents and organic proof where applicable.

Do you supply both Planifolia and Tahitensis in bulk?

Yes. Planifolia from Bali, Alor and Papua is our core volume in Grade A and Grade B, and Tahitensis is available for flavour houses. Both can be covered by one contract and one document flow.
