Cold-percolated from Grade B beans
Our extract is produced by cold percolation of Indonesian Planifolia Grade B beans in food-grade ethanol, meeting FDA Title 21 CFR 169 and EU regulations for pure vanilla extract.

Store below 25°C, airtight, away from light and moisture. Avoid refrigeration — condensation causes clumping.

Powder & extract questions
Is your vanilla powder the same as vanilla sugar?
No. It is 100% ground vanilla beans with no sugar or fillers, and far more concentrated. Many clients use it as the base for their own vanilla sugar.
What is the difference between single-fold and double-fold?
Single-fold uses the FDA ratio of 13.35 oz of beans per gallon of 35% ethanol. Double-fold uses twice the beans per unit of solvent for a more concentrated extract. We also produce 3x, 4x and custom strengths.
Can extract be shipped internationally?
Yes, with care: 35%+ ethanol makes it a flammable liquid under IMDG (sea) and IATA (air) rules. We handle the dangerous-goods packaging, labelling and documents, and offer non-alcoholic extract for markets with alcohol restrictions.
What are the minimum orders?
25 kg for powder and 20 litres for extract. Samples are available for evaluation and formulation testing, with CIF or FOB pricing and volume discounts on annual contracts.
