Grade B vanilla beans have lower moisture content (15-25%), which means higher vanillin concentration per kilogram of beans purchased. For extract producers and food manufacturers focused on cost efficiency, Grade B beans deliver the best value without sacrificing flavor quality. These beans may have minor cosmetic imperfections — slight splits, varied sizing — but their aromatic and chemical profile is comparable to Grade A. The lower moisture content also means longer shelf life and reduced shipping weight, further improving the economics for bulk buyers. We supply Grade B beans in 25kg vacuum-sealed bags, with minimum orders of 100kg. Tiered pricing is available for orders above 500kg and 1 ton.
