Why Our Grade A Beans Stand Out

Our Grade A gourmet vanilla beans are sourced exclusively from smallholder farmers in Bali’s highland regions, where volcanic soil and tropical climate create ideal growing conditions. Each bean is hand-pollinated, traditionally cured over 4-6 months, and hand-selected for length, moisture, and aroma quality.

Unlike mass-produced beans that are kiln-dried in days, our traditional sun-curing process develops complex flavor compounds — including over 250 aromatic molecules — that distinguish premium Indonesian vanilla from commodity products. The result is a bean with deep, creamy, slightly smoky notes with hints of caramel and dried fruit.

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting moisture content, vanillin concentration, and microbiological testing results. We provide free samples for quality verification before bulk orders.
